Bank Holiday Monday

I got up early today to do my row so i could enjoy the rest of the day at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. My friends Amy and Christian in Denmark have sponsored me £20.00 today too!

My aim was to row one million metres in a year and raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society in memory of my mum who died on May 19th 2002. The challenge started on Friday 1st May 2009 and I completed it on 22nd October 2009.
I completed two million metres on Friday 30th April 2010 and went on to circumnavigate the UK coastline by Friday 12th November 2010.

On the 22nd January 2012 I reached 6 million lifetime metres since erging in May 2008.

I completed a time or distance for every C2 ranking piece in the 2012 season.
