I contacted the MS Society before I began my one million metres row, they were very helpful and sent me a pack of stuff to help me on my way. Gulen from the MS Society e-mailed me on Wednesday to see how I was getting on and asked if there was anything else he could do to help - I said I would love to row in one of the MS t-shirts and a couple of days later et voila!

My new MS t-shirt
