Out on the bike

I went out on my bike for the first time in 18 months today to check out my cycling shoes. Only popped out for a 30 minute gentle ride - things seem to be OK on the knee front at the moment. I don't want to say too much just in case....
When I got back from the bike ride I jumped on the C2 and put another 5k on - total distance to date is 190,032 metres!
On Friday my friend Kate sponsored me £10, so the current MS charity donation is £220 - Thanks Kate and everybody else who has put money towards the MS funds so far.
