Krakow, Wow - what an amazing place! Poland was brilliant - but unfortunately the hotel did not have any rowing machines. I will have to make up for it over the next few weeks.
Hi Caroline , just wanted to say you are doing a fantastic job , stick with it girl your mum will be very proud of the effort you are putting in. Take each day as it comes and should you miss a session do not fear as you go on in your challenge you will become stonger and will make up any lost ground should that be the case.
