I spent Wednesday and Thursday in London and the weather was very warm and humid. I met up with my good friend Neil for lunch, who was on the front cover of the Guardian with Henry and Hector in an article about first time fathers. http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandstyle/2009/aug/01/first-time-fathers.
I worked out in the hotel gym whilst I was in London and managed to put in another 10k.
