2k training

I am into week 4/16 of the BIRC 2k training program and it has really boosted my metres. I have been doing a variety of interval rows ranging from 2 x 19 minutes, 2 x 7 minutes to longer 40/50 minute rows. For each session you have to row within a certain pace or heart beat range which has certainly been pushing me out of my comfort zone.
