Gold at the EIRC

I had a challenging row in the 30-39 lightweight women's category with only me in the race!
Suffice to say I got a gold medal - I was really pleased with my row, I concentrated on getting my arms out quickly and getting more power out by pushing harder with my legs. I pulled in a row of 08:50.1 which was just one second short of my PB which I did at the BIRC.
It was great meeting up with the team mates from Empty the Tanks - Del, Gary, Mark and John D were there so we had a strong and very loud cheering squad.
