Last Sunday I met my friend Kris in Richmond for a spot of 'on water rowing'. We hired a two man rowing boat from Richmond Pier and spent an hour cruising the Thames during a warm but windy afternoon. It was great fun and I managed to row just under 10k but gained considerable blisters on the way - even though I wore my rowing gloves.
