Kettlebells

I recently got some kettlebells and now incorporate them into my daily exercise routine. I do two workouts the dead-lift and the swing.
I am dead-lifting 12 kilos in the video. The idea is to move to a heavier weight when you master lifting from the floor (at the moment I have a small yoga block below the weight because I am not that flexible in my hip or hamstrings). Hopefully the more I do, the quicker I can progress to heavier weights and a deeper stretch. Doing this lift next to the wall forces you to squat backwards and focus on keeping a straight back. I will post another video when I have improved my technique - it's early days.
