I have reached the milestone of 200k today!
I did my row in intervals of 2k, 1,344 & 2k - the second row is an odd number because I have been involved in the Cross Team Challenge of rowing the height of Ben Nevis (1,344 metres). I have rowed 4 Ben Nevis' in June so far and have improved my time on each row; 6 mins 22 secs, 6 mins 18 secs, 6 mins 10 secs and today 6 mins 6 secs!
