After rowing 3 x 15 minute rows for the BIRC training I ended on 699,450 metres - of course I had to do another short burst and pulled in 500 metres in 2:11.4 minutes (not bad after 45 minutes of rowing)! Only 299,950 metres to go, easy.......
Whoops,I should rely on Chris to do the maths on my site. I can see where I have gone wrong now - although Chris had to point it out to me. What I meant to write was "I ended on 699,550 metres".... Thanks Andrew :)
