I haven't updated my metres for a while (I have been busy with work) - I have now reached 1,105,587 metres in 205 days. I'm rowing around the West coast of Scotland near Peterburn on my Google map,
The type of training I have been doing recently has been fast intervals to get ready for the British Indoor Rowing Championships tomorrow at the NIA in Birmingham. I hope to beat my PB of 08:50 minutes for 2,000 metres.
