
I downloaded the C2 interactive training program for the British Indoor Rowing Championships in November. This is a 25 week program that includes 4 different interval training sessions to do during the week.
I did a rather conservative 2 x 11 mins row today (I really should have done a 2k test but just couldn't face it). I will do the 2k test tomorrow and gauge where I am.
I'll keep you posted on my training progress in the 6 month run up to the BIRC.
