I took a trip to the Yorkshire Sculpture Park on Monday with my friend Hayley, we had a 5k leisurely stroll around the estate and looked at the impressive outdoor sculptures from a number of artists including: Andy Goldsworthy, David Nash, Sonia Ryder, Barbara Hepworth, Elisabeth Frink and Henry Moore.
The major exhibition is of the work of David Nash - a fantastic sculptor who works with wood and stone - amazing stuff.
After starting the day with a 5k row, then a 5k walk at the YSP - I had to finish the day with a little spin on my bike to Ouzelwell Green, Carlton and back to Robin Hood.
