For the rest of the week we managed to get a free weeks trial at Bally's gym on 32nd and 7th and focused on deadlifts and kettlebell swings using bars and free-weights. The free-weights were easier to swing at Bally's because of the design of the weight.
The typical daily 80 minute work-out session:
- Piriformis stretches
- Rectus Femoris stretches
- Hamstring stretches
- Hip and Glute stretches
- Deadlifts x 200 (8 x 25) 20 kg
- Kettlebell swings x 125 (5 x 25) 16 kg
- Piriformis stretches
- Rectus Femoris stretches
